
The Advisory Committee on the Financial Accessibility of Education is comprised of 17 members, including a Chairperson appointed by the Government following consultation with organizations representing students, education institution staff and socioeconomic groups.
Members have a mandate of no more than four years, which can only be consecutively renewed once.
In February of 2002, the Advisory Committee on the Financial Accessibility of Education adopted its code of ethics and professional conduct, the Code d'éthique et de déontologie
. All members must adhere to this code.
